Pros

The overall price is high, but you do get a superb quality case. I'm well impressed.

The velcro flap on the outside pouch is some of the most durable velcro i’ve seen. Zippers are a bit stiff but will last. This is the first one i've had with the external pocket, it holds the sling.

Case is specifically for my ruger 10/22 scoped rifle. Boyt case fit my marlin 336rc.

It looks very nice & i expect it to last a long time. It feels classic and timeless. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

American made by a 100 year-old company, this is the finest gun case i have owned. Great gun bag.

Cons

The zipper is on the bottom instead of the top, which make no sense. The stitching near the barrel tip is loosely stitched and of very light thread.
