I ended up putting a layer of masking tape on them and that definitely helped but it was a hassle

The bamboo needles while less slippery were too rough and hard to smoothly move the stitches along the needle

My first package arrived with one needle missing i contacted seller and they sent another set that arrived the next day and i didnt have to return the first set
