It has a good firmness to it with little weight. My ten year old beats it up once in a while. If you are looking to expand your arsenal of awesome dad fantasy fighting moves on the cheap, this is for you.

Very good for boxing muay thai workouts etc low power workouts but cardio and speed i used bungee cords and rope around it tied to a concrete block used it like a double end bag for stability it’s filled with mostly sawdust in bottom a bit of sand rapped in shopping bags and cut up seat cushions
