Pros
This is a two person install, for sure. Facile to install and très satisfait du résultat.
Garage door closes tight. Keeps garage sealed nicely. Removing end caps resolved this and still left a brilliant seal. Then removed the heavy debris from the seal before installation.
The most important steps are clean your track and lubricant the new seal. Spray door track with silicone lube. The rubber is a little difficult to install, so use a wd-40 type lubricant.
Cons
Once you've gone through the hassle of installing and trimming it, and it's too late to return it, you realize that because it's so bulbous it rubs up hard against the weatherstripping. It's not elegant and i'll need to keep greasing it so it works.

It makes for a better seal but also rubbed on the weather stripping the rubber edge more was enough to jam it on the first try
