It's important to carefully clean the rails before installing the seals. Clean the track and lube up the seal and track liberally. Even using soapy water to lubricate.

Make sure to measure the width on the t receptacle part on your door. That's a bit tricky since it can be tight getting scissors or snips where you want to cut. Lay the t into the slot then work the other side of the t in for the entire length.

    You might consider smoothening sharp edges of the profile you will be sliding the seal into with a file

    Make the track wet with soap and keep adding soap on the rubber profile as you are sliding it in
