Pros

It's important to carefully clean the rails before installing the seals. Clean and lube the track well. Spray the rubber and spray the aluminum track t-grooves.

This is definitely an upgrade over what i had before, and its pretty cheep. I am pleased with the seal as made an delivered. That kind of customer service is why i'll use their products from now on.

The bowsen is more flexible, thicker and provides a very nice cushion for the door to close upon. The tube inside this seal give it more rigidity. There is enough sponge in this seal to make up for an uneven floor.

Cons
