Pros

A lifetime bowler who has had many wrist/hand issues. The product keeps my wrist locked in with good support and if i want i can loosen it up for flexibility. This is the second wrist brace i have purchased just like this.

Cons

Metal support bars are cheap and bend easy. Pushes palm off ball. It is also very flimsy and it bent out of position after thirty games at most. Just could not find a proper fit on this brace.

Lasted less than 6 months. Buy something else and don't waste your time.
