They go from ankle to top of thigh with plenty of length left for growing. They have a nice amount of give to pull on and then shrink back up.

She wears these over the thick tights so she is warm enough for the colorado winters which can get pretty chilly. This makes them much warmer than leggings over all. They keep her little legs warm and comfy as well as stylish.

They are okish in quality. Nothing extraordinary material is thin not actually leg warmers for country like pakistan where houses are not centrally heated.
