The pencil itself is nice and sort i find a lot of eyeliners too hard
A fab eyeliner at a fab pricegood colour easy to apply with a twist so no need to sharpen it i will stick with this now

Very cheap for its value though the colour isnt really black so the missing star for that minor detail

It just does exactly as it says on the tin ive been using it on my eyebrows where it makes sharp believable lines as well as in that delicate area right under your eyes where i can get right in close and complete with a smoky smudged look as required
