Pros
It’s easy on the knife, very lightweight and nice scent. It has a fish and a radish branded into each side.
Large korean cypress cutting board 1” thick, quality is just fine and the handle is not crooked. The finish is far more refined than on the thinner board.
Handle isn't necessary but helps when picking it up off the countertop. Feels really good quality and the metal handle makes it easy to clean. It also cleans off easily.
Cons
It has a very very very strong smell which is similar to the smell of mothballs. Also the name of this product is missleading - it’s actually a korean product and is not made in japan.

Materials such as plastic ceramic and hard woods would dull the blade fairly quickly

Dont use serrated knives on this cutting board as i indavertently did because they make notably visible cut marks
