Pros
The coat is wonderfully snuggly. The lining is warm and also lines the hood. The zipper on this coat is great.
This is the first new coat he's had in over 10 years, and he loved it. He hates shopping, so he just wears an item til it's worn out. I hope it’ll last him as long as his last coat did.
Not to heavy or cumbersome but warm enough. It sheds water great and is quiet warm. It's not super thick, but will be plenty warm for him, as he’s pretty warm blooded.
Cons
One armpit is full on ripped out. The sleeves a bit too short, but most importantly, there is some weird, unnecessary stitching/tufting at the elbows of the sleeves. This strange stitching in essence shortens the sleeves whenever you bend your elbows.... Read More
The shell material is kind of a noisy plastic backpack type of material. Not happy with the plastic zipper. Very upsetting my zipper broke after first wash.

Behind the lower pockets are what they call hand warmers
