The screen and the extensions screw into the fitting unlike some of the other brands that just slip on that extra piece of mind is worth it to not come home to an empty resivor where the pressure of your pump has blown off your screen and spewed water everywhere

All plastic in tact and it does indeed come with a washer already in each fitting

I had a second hand table and these would not sit straight because the holes were to close and thought it may leak

The plastic isnt cheap and flimsy and i dont get the impression these are going to break any time soon
