Its more than merely flush it goes in 3 mm deep and the slot looks empty unless you look inside

The larger microsd cards are so thick theyre next to impossible to remove from the adapter

The sb couldnt see the card but after grinding off the hooks which serve no obvious useful purpose i could get the adaptor to move the necessary 2 mm further in and then the 200 gb microsd worked just fine
