The guests find it easy to use and makes things easy for us. It's sturdy and secure.
The combo dials are on the side, but they are easier to turn than the front face model. The instructions for how to change the combo are right on the listing in case you lose those that came with the unit (which i did). Easy to set the combo, as well.... Read More

I bought a new house and im not used to the locks so ive locked myself out twice in the past week

It lost a star because it folds out sideways which means the key can fall out easily when opened i’ve preferred how others fold out a compartment instead of the whole thing coming apart

The issue was one of the keys to the building is oddly long shaped and i was concerned that this item would be able to fit it even though the measurements were given in the description i have been burned on these things before

You can fit 23 keys inside but it is not big enough to fit a keychain attached not even if you only put one key inside
