Arrived very promptly, well packaged. Great product, don't be tempted to go for cheaper version. Thank you so much for managing my query so perfectly, much appreciated.
I love the colour of the bosu ball. Comes with a set of workouts on a dvd, a poster showing some of the exercises you can do and an owner's manual. Dvd supplied with workout on, in half hour you are finished and dripping wet.
Has transformed my core training. Great for balance exercises, strengthening core, and increasing flexibility. Helps with recovery and improving stability/balance.
It takes my 90kg weight jumping on it and is reassuringly well made. I am not massively practical but found it really fast and easy to pump ball up. The pump and 2 valve stoppers are included.
Bought this on physio's advice to help recover from knee injury. A little bit pricey, but cheaper than a lot of other gym equipment. One of my favourite pieces of gym equipment.

I was going to buy the pro but then read that the home version has rubber feet which better suit the floor i am going to use it on

Id tried one in the gym but was umming and ahhing about splashing out on a bosu or going for one of the cheaper ones

As others have commented though the flat side is too slippery to use barefoot or in socks although i may try my grippy yoga socks with it and see if they are any help
