Pros

After a few weeks the leather loosened up and are a easy to attach and disattach. They fit perfectly on my fire dex pants. No more sagging bunker pants.

Cons

One size fits most if most firefighters are 5’ 2”! Too short. This seems to defeat the purpose of a leather suspender.
