Bossman conditioner softens my beard up a noticable amount. It actually feels like you have done something to your beard after rinsing.

Cons

Some of the most horrible stuff i've ever smelled. It seems to have a lot of silicone based products in it or maybe it's the mango butter. The scent is the worst part about these products.

Smells good but a very poor value. Smells cheap, feels cheap and is priced as a top shelf conditioner. The bottle you receive is only 4 oz, not 6 oz as pictured.
