This 20oz. Mug holds a good 20oz of fluid, stays warm & the handle is perfect fit for my hands. It's a sturdy mug with a comfortable, easy grip.

The thumb indentation on the cup handle make holding it much easier. Lots of flat thumb rests but the upturn is what makes it for me. I have large hands ( i can palm a basketball) and this fits comfortably in my hand.

The packaging is excellent - very presentable as a gift to someone. The cup is packed inside styrofoam and inside a thick box. Very well protected, but not environmentally friendly shipping protection.
