Pros

It's glazed outside and inside. Smooth, even glaze in a gorgeous, glossy, pine green. The glaze is consistent as well as the color.

The mug looks as pictured. If you prefer a large cup of coffee or tea in the morning, this cup is perfect.

The base on this one is wider than the rim, which makes sense. Holds two 8oz pods needed to get my day started.

Cons

The 18 ounce mugs i received are not 18 ounces. Received a dirty/used mug. It's actually a very nice mug but it was defective.

Colors aren’t even remotely close. Pastel yellow=dull and boring and not glossy yellow like wanted! It's really too green to even be called teal.

After 3 months little rings have showed up. Doesn't appear to be sturdy at all. Hoping to hear from seller. I'm posting anyway so that maybe the company will start to take this seriously and update their listing.
