Pros & Cons
Pros
Boska milano cheese-slicer is a great gift for a cheese-nut. It slices hard cheese smoothly, evenly and in thin slices.
Well made and looks relatively indestructible. The design is sleek and looks good on the cheese plate. It performs well on everything i have tried it on.
Non-stick coating really makes a difference. Dishwasher safe, and very solidly built. Also survives the dishwasher.
The 'rolls royce' of the cheese slicers, the pro collection slicer has been rated 'the best' repeatedly in tests. This is the best cheese slicer i have ever used. The reviewers were right--this is a perfectly wonderful cheese knife.
Cons
Just cutting a * barrel piece of cheese and a gouda wedge and the last part of the slice is difficult to do and results in a chunky messy slice.
