Altho i can occasionally hear a very loud snore through the white noise and sounds because i have the constant of the sound going it doesnt stir me awake enough to not fall back asleep

Im trying to get these fixed or replaced under the 2 year warranty but when i typed my serial number into the bose website it said they were out of warranty and they tried to sell me a new pair
