This is for the * fix7677 automotive multimeter. The dwell angle function seems to be accurate as well as the other functions.

Cons

It has professional functions but not professional quality. It's not even until page 7 that you even find out what battery is actually required. The rubber housing is doomed to deteriorate and break within the next year or so.
