It's a shame that this day age i'm more surprised when a company makes something that works like it should from start to finish than i am when something goes wrong. Very disappointing. Worked for about 1 year with an average home diy use.

Out of the box there was zero torque and a horrendous grinding noise. The hard patterned grips on the sides of the batteries are supposed to push a holding tag into a channel, so the batteries can be removed.
