This is not really an issue with the colored glass bottle because between the coating and the silicone bumper it holds in place

If they made a silicone sleeve to give you something to grip or somehow designed a handle for it it would be great

However the bottom of the glass had cracked in spite of the silicone bumper that is inside the bottom of the sleeve

I did not notice and continued to drink out of it until tea that had leaked into the sleeve spilled out the collar

I am going to buy a clear one again because i worry that the tight fit will stretch out the collar over time and make it useless with a clear one

They do work but there is just something slightly different so the first bottle lid is not a leakproof seal

So you kind of have to hold the glass in place with a finger while you twist off the cap

Would be 5 stars if company sold replacement glass for this either on amazon or their website
