Pros & Cons
Pros
Orton & mcdougall has done it again. Btr2 tells the way the 2 people directly involved, coach and athlete, did it. Everything is in btr2 that got me 40 lbs lighter and from no running to marathons whenever i want.
Cons
This one has too much mcdougall. Minimalist shoes is not for everyone, creating long term achilles problems and foot fractures" "there is a 90 day plan, but really, who follows these plans?
