Pros

Great bottles for homemade gifts. Perfect for elderberry syrup. Bottle holds olive oil perfectly.

Big berkey is popular. My only qualm is i'd prefer the stopper was a different color.

Cons

Three of these bottles explode when i make homemade water kefir. They are beautiful, but cannot withstand even the slightest amount of pressure. It seems that this product is not meant to withstand what i was hoping to use it for.

These bottles are dangerous for fermented drinks. Not a trustworthy product. I'm new to these jars and my judgement could be flawed.
