Pros
The glass is high quality and the stirrer that fits through the lid and comes with it is a great, useful touch. My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to pour without dripping if the pitcher is very full.
This one is really nicely designed. Looks classy. The only draw back is that the inside ice holder is plastic.
I am amazed how fast they got my item to me. Love the jug. Cannot beat the quality for the price.
Cons
First time through the dishwasher, with the ice sleeve on the top shelf, it was warped beyond use. The lid that comes with it does not stay on. Seems like a major design flaw.

The inner ice tube is awesome to put ice in to keep the tea cool if it is not stored in the refrigerator but beware that it is not dishwasher safe the inner ice tube

Yes you have to hold the top when pouring as some reviewers say but what would you expect when you pour from anything with a loose lid
