Pros

The gaskets are thick & can be used over andamp; over. It is easy to reassemble. All the parts are sturdy and easy to disassemble and assemble. They are easy to clean and a perfect size for my countertops!

These work perfectly for storing rice, beans and other kitchen goods. Used these jars to store dried maitake mushrooms. The seal is okay, not sure if it keeps all air out as i didn't use for canning.

Cons

There was no microbial activity so there was no internal pressure from fermentation. Nowhere in the product listing it says that the gaskets are one time use only. The 4 liter size is not square so it does not sit tight to the other ones. That totally... Read More
