Pros

Buy some applicators to insert the capsules. Wash applicator with hot water and soap in between uses. Works better than the otc medications! No mess. It reliefs all discomfort!

I use one the night after periods end or when i feel a little funky. Works well for my personal issues caused by menopause. Gets rid of smells and discharge after the first use.

The boric acid suppository straightens out any ph issues women can have from things like *, blood sugar problems, past infections, and more. This is a must have for any lady who suffers from frequent yeast or bis.

Cons

The prebiotic fiber makes it extra dry an even harder to dissolve inside you. Now i walk around with an itchy burning * daily. Other than that, the capsules seem high quality, but i probably won't repurchase this because of the technical issues.
