The price is right from amazon and luckily we were able to get a single box delivered quickly.
Shipping
Should be wrapped in plastic before shipping.
No big deal, maybe shipping personnel need further instruction and training.
Packaging/appearance
The only complaint is that the packaging still allows some borax to sift through and leaves residue where ever it is stored.
It's far superior to oxy-powered or other laundry additives.
But the packaging was rough, the borax box had no protection in a larger box and borax had poured inside the larger box.
The product keeps coming out of the product packaging.
This product will remove the smell and mold from your side loading washer!
Competitiveness
It's less toxic than most commercial cleaning products.
It was a nightmare, and i couldn't set a fogger, so i just sprinkled borax in all the rooms, and let it set in the carpet for 2 days.

Shipping container is not damaged, so presumably, must have left warehouse in this condition.

When delivering this product alone you'll get some spillage in the shipment box; amazon usually adds an extra plastic bag on top when other items are in the package.
