Stays on when needed and falls away on the draw. I find myself throwing my jframe in my pocket almost every time vs my iwb autoloader.I had some fit issues around the cylinder and adjusted the form to curve in my pocket vs bulging my pocket out.I was able to easily trim the material around the cylinder back to get a good fit (and loosen up the holster a little bit). Then I used a hair dryer to heat up the hook area of the holster and curve it a bit so it conformed to my leg a little better.   Read Less
