No 7 protect & works like most otc products. No 7 products seem to be a good value.

Light lotion that absorbs into the skin, leaving no residue. Has really helped puffiness under my eyes. No descernable fragrance (which i like), and reasonably priced.

This eye cream is lightly tinted, creamy-textured and soaks in quickly. It goes on so smoothly, is beautiful under eye makeup, no pilling and smooth.
