Pros
I have a standard poodle who requires a lot of grooming. The harness works wonderfully to hold them in place so long as your dog has experience standing for a bath.
The drain hose is great to control where the water goes to avoid puddling at your feet. The hose nozzle attachment works really well. The only other thing i would suggest is that the drain hose nut be recessed so that it flows out better.
Booster bath is tall enough to ease the strain on our backs. My only complaint is that it's not nearly tall enough - i'm 5'9 and my back gets very sore if i'm washing smaller dogs. The tub being elevated made bath time so much easier.
The tub itself is much sturdier than its light weight suggests. It is one large piece of hard plastic with a textured bottom to prevent slipping. Storage is the only down side be use the tub is very large!
My only complaint is that my tub was damaged during shipment. I groom as part of my pet care business and this tub is absolutely great.
Cons
The harness assembly is defective. Either the bolts are too large for the nuts or the nuts are too small for the bolts. The three point harness is too big for a big dog, leaving room for the dog to attempt to jump out.

Handles my 85lb labs easily and makes their baths much easier on my back 😀
We have a large dog 50lbs and growing and this is perfect for her
Ill rate this maybe a 4 for the durability i have a 90lb pit an seemed abit much seemed shaky but we made it thru bath time

Does not work well for indoor bathing the sides are not tall enough to contain water spray particularly if you have a large breed dog
