Nattokinase has higher milligrams than other brands. L-tryptophan and melatonin which i’d been taking for at least a couple of years.
I never review amazon products but i felt compelled to do it this once because i want to help anyone else suffering like i was. The product is fantastic. Priced right with great service. Love this product.

You need to take nattokinase on an empty stomach 2 hours before or 2 hours after eating or they will simply dissolve the food in your stomach instead of any plaque in your veins
