Have 2 on my rucksack, 1 kayak pfd and kayak seat for tools, etc. I use it on my spg computer console and it has plenty of power to keep it tucked up out of the way.

Easy to unattach or reattach. Good quality retracts the weight of my dive light. Easier access to phone and the retracting makes life easier.

Cons

Physical build is fine, but the elasticated retraction is very weak. Might work for holding a slate close in, but useless for something heavier like a light or gauge. Company's return policy is complete *.
