Light has bright/low setting - the low setting is still fairly bright. There is 3 levels of brightness so you can dim it if it is a bother. The light color is adjustable also, but we seldom use anything but the 6000k setting and it does not cause head... Read More

It's lightweight, comfortable, and easy to use. It can easily be repositioned depending on what you're doing.

Cons

Even after being charged for 3 hours, the light turns off on its own as if it’s dead after about 30 minutes. Sometimes the lights blink on and off after 30 minutes of use as well. Turn off on your own and won't recharge.
