Pros
Love this concept for keeping sippy cups off the floor. The cup never slips no matter how hard she throws it! Keeps the sippy cup clean on the go. Might get one for the snack cup as well.
This cup leash is the best. If you pull the strap tight when you velcro it closed, the cord stays on remarkably well. The strap is also the perfect length.
Perfect for 'on the go' and attaching to the stroller. Works great for a toddler who loves to throw their sippy cup.
It secures the bottle/sippy cup by both tension and grip. It holds the sippy cup very well. We use the munchkin miracle 360 cups and it holds it great!
Cons
If it is going to be used for older babies then it needs to have a childproof closure on it. Velcro for older kids is useless. A bummer, and completely useless with this toddler age.

It holds my 3 year olds thermos funtainer drink bottle and does not let it fly anywhere

It is slightly too short so it may be an issue if your three year old wants to turn their head to look from one side of a strollerwagon while drinking
