It's the neatest, simplest piece of technology to come out in awhile. My son loves his boogie board and it has lasted for two years.

For my purposes, this solves a lot of problems and i love it. I like to redo problems i don't understand, so this is a great way to save paper. It's also great for online homework.

The stylus clip attaches easily and slides effortlessly over the erase button to prevent unintentional erasure. The squares are magnetic so that you can place it anywhere there is metal. It erases with a touch and is ready to go again.

The boogie board satisfies the 'quick artist craving', though. It's great just to reach over and sketch a quick doodle while procrastinating or chatting on the phone.

The popularity of some products and services astounds me. This one, though, is just a useless high-tech extravagance. However, a lot of shortcomings and some not so honest marketing basically turn this thing into a glorified magna-doodle.

The actual writing on the tablet is a low-contrast, pale, greenish-grey color. This is perhaps my biggest gripe. The brightness and size leave a lot to be desired.
