I'm just discusted at this point. Grinds the paper to tiny, tiny balls of paper. Machine struggles to shred more than 4 or 5 sheets at a time. Best part is it's running backwards trying to push sheets back at you.

This is still new for me but i’m very impressed
This is the most expensive shredder i have ever purchased and the quality shows
With the old paper shredders both were “microcut” and would have confettisized paper shards

First unit died just under 3 months of very intermittent usage just wouldn’t turn on one day after trying every step

Amazon couldn’t directly replace it and referred me to manufacturer customer service

Reached out to customer service who was very responsive in working with the replacement request but apparently the manufacturer was difficult and my first request was cancelled unknown reason and eventually after weekly emails to customer service 7 weeks later i received my replacement unit

They even made me take a video of how it “didn’t work” which was a video of me touching a dead shredder lol

If it will truly run for 240 continuous minutes before needing to cool down i should never have a problem

Cross cutting action not only are the remains so much tinier and presumably virtually impossible to reassemble but with this technology you can shred much more before having to empty the bin because the pieces take up less room per page
