Pros

This is now my third paper shredder that i have owned. This shredder is a great bang for the buck item.

Cons

You have to tip the whole thing back and try to insert your fingernails or something into the small gap between the bin and the frame. The basket is empty, so it's not full.

I had trouble getting it out of the box very snugly wrapped arrived undamaged

In trying to get the shredder out of the box i wound up pulling on the top which caused the top to be loose when i finally got it unboxed

I love the way it shreds the material and work wonderfully
