Pros
Easy to use, a little clogged when there are more than 4 sheets. Very handy to destroy old sensitive documents. The shredded strips are a little wider 4mm, but it does the job so all good.
Cons
It jams with even one sheet of a4 paper, it cuts out and hasn't enough power to undo the problem when you put the device in reverse. Paper seems to jam and every two minutes you have to stop to unblock it. Could not cope with 8 sheets as advertised.

Does the job providing not more than 3 sheets of paper 80gsm weight going through at once otherwise gets clogged on one side

Previous reviews are varied but i can only assume that those who thought that the unit is ok were shredding very small items

I bought it for home use and over a period of 3 months the performance deteriorated it would really only take a page at a time and even then it bunched up under the blades causing frequent jams with the need to have to remove the shredding unit and pull the shreds out

Be aware that the blades do not stop when the shredding unit is taken out of the bin

I’ve now returned the unit and the amazon customer service was excellent in helping me do so
