Pros
When paired with a pelletized fertilizer it provides everything you need to have your bonsai thrive. Drains well but holds moisture.
Cons
Ficus are pretty resilient and this stuff is killing them. This so called soil is pretty much small rock and clay.

The tree was in rough shape and hasnt got better but hasnt died yet so thats a good thing

Once the water is pouring out the bottom your plant is thoroughly watered

It does take very careful planting and lots of time for a tree to adjust after the shock of moving locations then after repotting
