The connection is intermittent. The extender never work it was a loose connection. Emailed customer service two different times and have tried the phone number given on the user's guide, 339-opg-info multiple times. Its issue keeps occurring.
Plug it in and light stays on 15 seconds then shut-off. Tried multiple adapters and phones always say moisture detected and it womt work. Would not work with galaxy 21 could view but wouldn't erase or store pictures.

Easy to view pictures in the field but i seem to have some problems downloading pictures to a file in my phone it could be me because i did download pictures twice that part of using this took to long for me so i just view and share
