Pros
Cleaner is a powder to be dissolved in water and added to the bottom of a boneco steam humidifier. The powder dissolves easily in lukewarm water and removes the buildup. Completely cleans scale in four or five hours.
Ezcal is a good product that is easy to use. Cheaper and easier. Easy to set up. Runs quietly. No complaints from me after using this for two winters.
Cons
After using boneco ezcal as directed, only 50% of the scaling residue was removed. The price of shipping this item ($7. Is way overpriced, considering it's just citric acid powder. Lots of complaints to them.
This product works, but is really overpriced. It only works for one that can come apart. Save your money and just use white vinegar.
