The pills are large as mineral supplements tend to be, but no bigger than usual. Rounded edges make it easy to * without the typical chalky taste. This is the first pill i've ever encountered that i do have difficulty swallowing.

Magnesium chloride is much healthier than aluminum found in many deodorants and antiperspirants. The ingredient list is very good. Mixing it in a blender with other foods makes it quite usable.
