The the rope is soft and works well for tying. It's also not too tight but does have good elasticity.
The restraints themselves are plush, soft and easy to fasten. The fuzz on the inside of the handcuffs make it a lot more comfortable than metal or hard plastic handcuffs. The price and quality of this product is great.
Cons
The 'whip' is more delicate than a fly swatter.

Fyi the whip is crappy and to small so if your looking for that you might want to look somewhere else

Also the cuffs are very lose so maybe get one size lower than suggested size
