So i replaced part of my guttering and when it rained it was leaking between the joints so i thought i would try this jointing sealant and yes it works no more leaks its easy to apply and it was cheaper than going to the high street to buy it only took my a couple of minutes to apply and then all i had to do was wait for it to rain

Was quoted £14 £15 delivery for a similar product on a building website so its a no brainer

The concrete platform extends out beyond the footprint of the shed which allows rain water to sit and soak up into the shed frame which has closest contact to the base so the frame has partially rotted away over the years

Hints others comment on the mess so i took great care but still managed to smear it on gloves must wear gloves

It was for a specialist job of sealing gutter joints from box guttering to ogee where conservatory met house and the mainstream conservatory company had failed to make good the leaks
