To the manufacturer you should offer a replacement carafe for everyone who purchased your original glass and steel model since its known to be so dangerous

I liked the original with the glass interior vessel but of course that broke

The water tends to run down the side of the carafe and the coffee maker as your pouring it into the reservoir unless you find that perfectly small sweet spot where theres no drips and often i dont and that cost it 1 star

The original one was glass inside and after a few years it exploded while washing it

Mine did when i tried to clean it with one of those oxo soap dispenser brushes

Tried to glue it back but could not find an adhesive that could stand the temperatures
