I can go 7 hours on one charge sound quality is very good and the case charges very fast

People have a hard time hearing me and there seems to be a lot of noice affecting my the person who called me

Psthat have perfect customer service fast response and effective results my left earbuds battery couldnt hold charge for 8 hours and after communicating with customer service they gave me some methods to fix it but they didnt work and at the ends they sent me a brand new earbud
