This is basically a lightweight facecloth that dries out extremely fast and cools only due to water temperature when soaked. No cooling effect whatsoever.

Also very nice to have it to wipe off the sweat from my eyes and face

I had a easyacc rechargeable handheld fan in my lap and this around my shoulders as a shawl
Its perfect for a quick dry down after a rain shower and can be slipped inside a daypack for day trips and excursions
The holder is really not great though just a heads up a ziplock baggie would be better
